Our client is a global banking corporation with strong presence in Hong Kong, Asia, and China. They are seeking a high caliber candidate of Human Resources  to join their HR team.

  • Formulate Human Resources policies, procedures and systems
  • Manage compensation and benefits function including payroll administration, benefits administration, annual salary review, reward management, etc.
  • Work closely with the HR Business Partners to ensure the HR Policies are effectively implemented in the business units
  • Keep update on the employment related regulations and laws

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Law or related disciplines
  • At least 8 years’ solid experience in Compensationa and Benefits
  • Experience in formulate HR Policies and Procedures
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • High proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
