Our client is an international banking corporation with strong presence in Hong Kong and China.  Owing to rapid expansion, they are looking for high caliber candidate to join their team.

  • Provide end-user technical support;
  • Perform regular backup monitoring, tape operations and off-site storage operations;
  • Install and configure operating system and appropriate software applications;
  • Follow-up with users on technical issues and queries;
  • Maintains housekeeping work, e.g. fixed asset management

  • Higher Diploma or above in information Technology or related discipline;
  • At least 5 years’ experience in IT, including IT operations, administration and support team;
  • Knowledge in Windows 7 and 10, VM Ware, Office 2010 & 365;
  • With Banking experience and MCSE certification is an advantage;
  • Familiar with standard desktop applications, WinZIP, Skype, LYNC;
  • Troubleshoot email, software, hardware, Telecommunication, networking and all other computer related issues;
  • Good communication skills and team spirit;
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
  • Wiling to learn, mature and able to work under pressure;
  • Initiative, positive and hardworking.
