Our client is one of the leading Banking Corporation with strong presence in Hong Kong and China. They are looking for a high caliber candidate to join their team.

  • Lead customer service managers to provide full support to the relationship managers
  • Ensure high service qulaity of the team with accuracy and efficiency
  • Assist RM or Senior RM to open accounts for clients and to conduct KYC
  • Handle general client queries; liaise with internal and external parties to fulfill client requests and administrative follow-up
  • Ensure fully compliace with regulations and Group policies and guidelines, and to conduct business at all times in a compliance-conscious manner and alert to the potential risks of money laundering and other undesirable transactions/activity

  • Degree holder or above with major in Finance or related discipline
  • At least 8 years solid working experience in serving personal banking clients, of which at least 3 years in private banking with supervisory experience
  • Familiar with investment products in private banking field
  • Interpersonal skills – communicating effectively and provide value adding advice to others, influencing, supervising effectively
  • Able to analyze situations, prioritize and implement processes effectively
  • Capable to work under pressure with excellent problem solving skills
